These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the informational company website athttps://nurtechllc.com (the “Site”), operated by NurTech LLC (“NurTech,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Individual NurTech products and related services may have separate terms. Those product terms control if they conflict with this document for that product. These Terms apply to the company website.
Informational purpose
The Site provides general information about NurTech LLC, its location, contact details, and products or projects that may be in development. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes. It is not legal, religious, educational certification, medical, investment, or other professional advice. Product descriptions do not, by themselves, create an offer, warranty, or commitment to provide a service on particular terms.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, NurTech owns or licenses the text, marks, logos, layout, and other materials on the Site. You may view and temporarily store pages for personal or internal informational use. You may not copy the Site for commercial republication, remove proprietary notices, or use NurTech names or marks in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.
Project names such as “Noor / Huda” and “Sukoon” are used to describe work in development. Final public product naming may change.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate applicable law or the rights of others
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site or related infrastructure
- Access non-public systems, accounts, or files without authorization
- Introduce malware or other harmful code
- Scrape the Site in a way that impairs its operation or circumvents reasonable access limits
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in communications you send because of the Site
External websites
The Site may link to third-party or product-related websites. Those sites are not under NurTech’s control, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of external sites is subject to their terms and policies.
No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NurTech disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. NurTech does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors, or that content will be complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NurTech LLC and its representatives and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to use of the Site or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
NurTech’s total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), except where a limitation is not permitted. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limits; in those places, some of the above may not apply, and NurTech’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Changes to the Site and Terms
NurTech may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time. NurTech may also update these Terms. The effective date above indicates when the current version took effect. If you continue to use the Site after Terms are posted, the updated Terms apply.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s law. If a dispute relating to the Site proceeds in court, the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania are the agreed venue, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
